The new look Smart ForTwo city car is set for release in April 2012.

The front of the vehicle has changed dramatically, with the Smart logo being displayed prominently in a redesigned grille. The air inlets which were once on each side of the bumper have been altered into one single unit. Amendments have been made to the interior, with trim selections from fabric/leather combinations for the seating. 

As for the power of the vehicle, the engines have stayed the same as the standard model, meaning the 1.0-litre three-cyclinder petrol engine is available with 60bhp, 70bhp or 101bhp in the Brabus model. Alternatively, there is a 54bhp 0.8-litre diesel option.
