Skoda MissionL Concept Car

There's a new model on the way from Skoda and the Czech brand previewed the MissionL Concept car at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

The Skoda MissionL is the latest model from the Czech manufacturer which should fit into the range between the Skoda Fabia and Skoda Octavia. The Concept vehicle is said to be extremely close to the final design. Skoda says the MissionL is a mix between a saloon and hatchback, and they have come up with what they describe as a compact liftback.

According to Dr. H. C. Winfried Vahland,  who is on the board at the Czech manufacturer said Skoda is going full steam ahead to present a new vehicle every six months over the next two to three year period. Skoda has made it clear that sales need to increase to 1.5 million by 2018, and they have high hopes that the New Skoda MissionL will play a big role in achieving this.
