Nissan Juke NISMO

Nissan are looking to NISMO performance brand to help build sportier cars that will add to the driving experience. The first vehicle to receive a makeover from NISMO will be the Nissan Juke, NISMO said they want to add excitement and innovation to the Juke, they also added that they won’t stop there as they plan to inject changes to other models in the Nissan range. Until now NISMO only upgrade to come to the UK was a special body kit for the Nissan 370Z.  NISMO standout features for the Nissan Juke include a stylish body kit finished off in pearl white paint with flashes of red, improved sports suspension and a 1.6litre turbo charged engine which will produce around 200bhp. 

We expect to see the Juke NISMO go on sale in the UK some time in 2012 as Nissan said the time is right let everyday ordinary driver’s experience what racing drivers enjoy every time they head out onto the track. Nissan will relocate NISMO to its headquarters in Yokohama Japan for the start of 2013, this will create a centre of excellence for both race cars and road car development. This building will also allow customers to service their car buy performance parts and merchandise from NISMO.
