Could the Range Rover Evoque which is 2011’s most exciting new vehicle be ready shed its coupe styled roof and convert into a cabriolet? Well speculation has already started that a soft top model is already in the pipeline. Someone inside Land Rover has added that a convertible Evoque would not be a crazy idea, she also added that Land Rover has lots of ideas for the Evoque, so watch this space.

Images released show how the three door Evoque coupe would look as a convertible and anyone who thinks a roofless SUV isn’t possible or wouldn’t look right only need to check out the Nissan Murano Cross Cabriolet. This four seater Nissan crossover features a canvas roof, but this was specifically aimed at the lucrative American market which the Land Rover Evoque Cabriolet could also easily exploit.

The Special Edition Land Rover Evoque by Victoria Beckham will go on sale early next year, this limited edition Evoque’s interior has been designed by Victoria Beckham and Land Rover see this as an important component of the marketing push behind this newcomer.
